The architectural concept of YA Villa aims to capture the essence of a single-mass building while incorporating a multi-mass building feeling through distinct zoning sections, each utilizing different materials and thresholds.

Natural materials such as stone, sourced from local vendors and crafted by local artisans, are central to the design, embedding the villa with a sense of place and tradition. The color palette, featuring natural hues like green, seamlessly integrates traditional elements with modern and classy brass accents, proposed to the owner for approval.
