A House That Steps Back to Let Life and Art Lead
IT House occupies a prominent corner plot in Nava Park, conceived as a three-storey residence with a mezzanine that balances architectural clarity with spatial generosity. While the building is articulated as a composition of box-like volumes, the interior becomes the project’s true focus—designed as a calm counterbalance to the owner’s high-intensity lifestyle.
Rather than expressive gestures, the interior is conceived as a blank canvas where space, material, and light take precedence over ornament. The living, dining, and kitchen areas form a continuous, gallery-like sequence, softened through curved surfaces, layered proportions, and expansive glazing that draws daylight deep into the home. Artworks and loose furniture are allowed to stand forward against a restrained backdrop, while integrated elements are carefully concealed to maintain visual clarity. Through spatial restraint and material depth, Sosta becomes a restorative interior—balancing ambition with stillness in everyday living.
