DVL Residence is designed as an inward-focused residence that balances an active social lifestyle with moments of privacy and retreat. Organized into two distinct building masses connected by a bridge, the house functions as a single architectural composition while clearly separating daily living from entertainment and guest areas. This configuration allows gatherings to unfold freely without disturbing the homeowners’ private domain.

With limited outward views, the design turns toward the interior, placing a landscaped courtyard and swimming pool at the heart of the home. Large glass openings, generous ceiling heights, and layered transitions create a sense of openness and continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces. Warm wood surfaces, stone elements, and controlled lighting soften the architecture, resulting in a residence that feels refined yet welcoming—where social energy and quiet living coexist in balance.
